Let us co-host your special event and make it an epic one that your guests will be raving about for years to come. From fun painting activity designs to fully themed events with coordinated photo backdrops, goody bags, decor, furniture rentals and caterers, we have you covered!

We offer private events for up to 18 painters at our studio in Fremont, California and mobile events for up to 200 persons where we can come to you. Our service area is listed below where one of our instructors can guide your activity or we can even ship your kits with easy to follow step-by-step instructions for a self-guided experience that anyone can follow.

Orders typically ship within 5 business days unless otherwise requested for a later or rushed ship date. For events that are further out, we will post-pone fulfillment and shipping to correlate with your event to ensure our products are fresh and well preserved for your event. This ensures paints do not dry out prior to use. Local delivery and store pick-ups available for those within our area. Delivery charges may apply. Appointment scheduled for pick-ups.

For studio events, or mobile events where we co-host or instruct, please call in advance to check our availability. If you have already confirmed our availability within the last few minutes (as our availability is subject to change) or prefer to self-guide your own painting activity using our products and are ready to check out, simply select the products and/or services that you are interested in reserving for your event below then check out. One of our associates will contact you within 24 business hours upon purchase to confirm your order, select a paint design and finalize any other important details such as shipping details and/or event date/time confirmation or studio reservation. Placing your order simply reserves the items for your event.

Good to Know Info

  • We encourage picture taking and sharing to capture memories
  • Dress comfortably and wear clothes that you do not mind getting paint on and be sure to communicate this to your guests as well.
  • Food such as light snacks and beverages are welcome during activity. Larger meals should be arranged prior to or after painting activity.
  • Party reservations must be booked a minimum of 2 weeks in advance to ensure we have supplies and sufficient preparation time. Please contact us in the case your event is sooner than that as there is a good chance we may be able to accommodate your event.
  • Average paint duration depending on design can be anywhere from 1-2 hours. The younger the painters, the shorter their attention span so consider selecting a more simple design that requires less time.
  • Studio events are booked for 3 hours. 30 min arrival/greeting, 1-2 hour activity, 30 min cake and clean up. Additional time can be purchased at $50 for each 30 minutes.
  • Studio events include reservation of studio, 1 instructor, iced water, washing station, work station for each painter, petite patio seating for non-participating guests (weather permitted) and restroom. 
  • For mobile events, instructor fee includes 1 instructor for up to 3 hours. This includes 20-30 minute set-up, 1-2 hour activity instruction and 20-30 minute clean up.  Additional time can be purchased at $50 for 30 minutes.
  • Availability subject to change prior to booking as we may be working with multiple clients interested in the same date/time.
  • All sessions and parties require payment in full upon booking to reserve your supplies and time slot.
  • Supplies are consumed in preparation and availability closes for other potential customers upon your booking. For this reason, we do not offer any refunds.
  • For the safety of ourselves, our painters and integrity of our products and services, we do not conduct activities in extreme conditions such as high heat, rain and other “unsafe” or "unsuitable" circumstances. Customer is responsible for providing suitable arrangements for mobile party activity. We do not offer refunds where the customer does not meet these requirements upon arrival due to loss of our time and products.
  • Parties begin promptly at the scheduled activity start time. We recommend having your guests arrive 45-60 minutes prior to activity start time for mobile events and 20-30 minutes prior to activity start time for studio events to allow for greeting, social and potential late arrivals. We ask that parents assist late arrivals with activity catch-up.
  • If you, a guest or the venue have special needs, allergies or requirements, please contact us prior to booking.
  • Host must remain on site during entire duration of event and is responsible for all guests and any damages to supplies during activity and reservation.
  • All loaner items are removed and taken with staff upon departure for mobile events. Orders will arrive with our team as well. For loaners items where we do not instruct, pick up and return drop off appointments are required and loaner items are due back within 24 hours. Late fees and non-returned or damaged loaner items replacement costs may apply.

Travel fee may apply for longer distances or driving during peak traffic hours. $0.51 per mile over 10 miles. Simply calculate the total round trip mileage from our studio located at 32998 Lake Candlewood Street Fremont CA 94555 to and from event address, then subtract 10 miles. The difference or remaining balance of mileage is the quantity you will add for the Travel fee product added to your order. If this is not added upon checkout, one of our associates will contact you prior to event to apply this charge.
