Order your SplashKit do-it-yourself painting kit then join us for our scheduled upcoming live virtual event where one of our instructors will guide you step-by-step through the painting design in a fun virtually social setting. Join on your own or invite your friends, family members, partner or colleagues to make it more personal! Running late the day of, missed a step during instruction or just couldn't make it? No worries. Your kit/s will include printed step-by-step instructions to do at your own pace or even at a more convenient time. You can also catch it a few days later as previously recorded from the link within an email we will send you after the event just in case you missed it.

Purchase event a minimum of 3 weeks in advance of event date to ensure your kit supplies are received in time.

Prior to event:

Have a laptop, computer or other viewing device ready and powered on.

Check your internet connection.

Verify you have the most recent version of Zoom app or view from browser.

Locate event invite for Zoom link to join event. May land in your spam/junk folder if not in your inbox.

Click the join event link to verify that you can reach the waiting room. 

Log into event at least 15 minutes prior to event so the instructor knows your ready.

Have your kit supplies set out and ready

Prepare your workstation:

Viewing device with protective covering

Good lighting and stable work station. Table or easel

Cup of water to rinse brushes

Paper plate to mix paints

Paper towel to dry brushes

Fan to help reduce drying time between steps

Dress for a mess in clothing you don't mind getting paint on.

Paint shelf-life is recommended 30 days but may last longer depending on storage conditions. Rinse brushes after each use with warm water and let air dry. Do not keep brushes submerged in cup of water while painting. Keeping brushes submerged in water will cause handle coating to chip and flake and/or may damage bristles. These kits are designed to be completed ideally within 30 days of purchase but can last longer when properly stored. Completed paint designs can last for many years if also stored in suitable conditions such as displaying in spaces free of moisture, heat, direct sunlight, debris, direct impact and other potentially damaging elements. Anticipate your products shipping arrival to prevent your package from being stolen or damaged due to outside conditions.
