Refund policy

Supplies are handcrafted and consumed in preparation for your order, with a limited shelf life. Orders with reservations of our studio and/or time are made unavailable to other potential customers. For these reasons and others, we do not offer returns or refunds for items and/or orders that have been fulfilled and/or shipped or rescheduled events involving our studio and/or our time. Please note, we are not responsible for any damages caused by postal carrier. Report any damages directly to the postal service. We are not responsible for stolen deliveries. Report theft to your local law enforcement. To reduce changes of theft and product damage, please be prepared to receive your package and review all shipping/delivery notifications promptly so they are not left exposed to potential hazards such as weather conditions, thieves, etc. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us prior to any purchase and we would be happy to speak with you.
