Let us guide your guests step-by-step through the activity with customized personal instruction (when permitted) that help develop painting skills, contribution and team work. Encourages creative thinking, values unique contribution, intermingling and more. No experience necessary to paint and perfect for both small and large groups. A masterpiece that you can put on display for all to enjoy in your office, lobby or communal space. Multiple groups permitted. Additional co-instructor recommended for multiple groups with different designs and large groups, otherwise 1 instructor can be shared for same design for multiple groups.

We recommend inviting your guests to arrive for meet and greet, appetizers and accommodate potential late arrivals, prior to the start time of your activity. We recommend advising guests that the activity will start promptly at the activity start time so they can plan accordingly. Have the activity space set up or ready for set up by clearing obstacles, and keeping guests out of space during set up and clean up. This will help ensure we start and end on time. Snacks prior to event will keep guests comfortable. Parents of small children should remain nearby for assistance during activity and to help keep group engaged.

Instructors are hired up front for activity guidance (Not supervision). Group size, design selection, multiple design selection, age, skill of participants, size of canvas and other elements may require additional activity instruction time and/or co-instructor support. We do our best to keep our painters engaged, working as a group and try our best to provide custom instruction when possible however, we cannot guarantee that painters will complete their artwork within the time permitted or remain engaged. We recommend ensuring the activity space is free and clear of distractions and keep parents of smaller children nearby for activity and engagement support. Refunds are not permitted in any case for hire of instructor/s as their time is blocked for other potential customers and reserved for your event or for participants that do not show or are late or for supplies as supplies are ordered, purchased and consumed in preparation of your event.
